A Touch of Velvet

Today's card was one of those that started to come together really quickly. I've had those gorgeous Prima Poinsettias for a couple of years and never got around to using them.

I decided that the lovely Marianne centrepiece needed lots of space around it to show it off.and let the gold sparkle through from behind. The bauble is 'heritage heirlooms' from Spellbinders which, I cut out of the most scrumptious burgundy velvet paper. I used a little Inkadinkado for the gold embossed sentiment and popped it on the top.

A couple of Marianne flourishes cut from the velvet tops it off.

Happy crafting,

Iolanthe
